What’s a fast way to tone up your stomach?

How can I tone by stomach in about a week? I’m not fat, so I’m not asking how do I lose weight. I just have absolutely no abs, and therefore some fat, but again I’m not trying to lose weight. Like I don’t want to do anything unhealthy, I’m just wondering what are good exercises and such. Thanks.

In Seventeen magazine they have a really good workout plan every month.. The ab one says..: All over- Lie with knees bent and feet flat in a wide stance. Life shoulders blade off the floor. Reach left arm to touch right knee. Return to start, repeat to other side.

drink apple cider vinigar its not too good tasting but once before every meal for a week is garenteed by everyone who tries it too loose extra water weight, its a diaretic all the models use it before photo shoots :)

try to do 1000 different crunches a day…sounds crazy I know, but if you do different types of crunches and alot of them it should tone up your somach pretty quickly.

I did 500 different types of crunches a day and only took me a year to get my 6 pack.

I cant imagine how many you need to do a day to get some abs in a week.

You need to mix cardio along with body weight exercise. Also remember to rest. Eat healthily: don’t eat any fried foods, junk foods, heavily processed foods, and above all – eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables as well as drinking a galloon of water each day. Run 5 miles a day, bike 15 miles, swim 2 miles, and do 1000 crunch exercises along with lower back exercises (i.e. dead lifting). Don’t worry about these big numbers – they scared me too! But now i’m doing them. Just build endurance and in no time, you will have an eight pack. No pain, no gain.
