		<description>YES 100%. Dancing gives you the best abs ever.
Also, skipping tones up your entire body mainly your abs and your legs. If you skip for 30 minutes a day nonstop, you will be in the best shape of your life. And one dance class a week can make a world of difference. 
Diet is less important than exercise when it comes to tone rather than weight, but I&#039;d eat healthy foods, especially a healthy breakfast.

That&#039;s the quick way, but for the fun way later would be dancing or movement of that type. Good luck and make it a good time.</description>
