YES 100%. Dancing gives you the best abs ever.
Also, skipping tones up your entire body mainly your abs and your legs. If you skip for 30 minutes a day nonstop, you will be in the best shape of your life. And one dance class a week can make a world of difference.
Diet is less important than exercise when it comes to tone rather than weight, but I’d eat healthy foods, especially a healthy breakfast.

The best and easiest is sit and leg ups and maybe a trunk twister crunch. I like to do 3/4 sits and legs with finger tips against my ears so as not to put pressure on my back or neck. That’s the quick way, but for the fun way later would be dancing or movement of that type. Good luck and make it a good time.
