How can I flatten my tummy?

I need to find a simple work out that works. I want to flatten my tummy by mid May.

Pilates. And on the diet end cut unneeded sugars, your body has a hard time using them, and that is where they get stored.. I can go into details on my day to day suggestions and what has worked for me (and I have always had a harder time losing fat, but not in this recent routine) I’m down 3 pants sizes and getting the wash board in a little under 2 months.
